Amherst Yoga is located at 17 Old Nashua Road in "Tech Park" - near the intersection of Rte 101A and Rte 122.
Eastbound on Rte 101A (toward Nashua):
- Take Rte 122 South toward Hollis
- Go 0.4 of a mile and turn left onto Old Nashua Road
- Go 0.3 of a mile. Amherst Yoga is in Tech Park on your right.
Westbound on Rte 101A (toward Milford):
- Go 0.4 of a mile past Wal-Mart
- Turn left onto Old Nashua Road (across from Resin Systems, a large brick building)
- Go 0.4 of a mile. Amherst Yoga is in Tech Park on your left.
