Armand is a licensed certified
Personal Trainer with over 15 years of professional
experience in the fitness industry. He is the sole
owner of Amherst Yoga & Fitness Studio, which
was founded in 2005 located in Amherst, New Hampshire.
Armand is specialized in corporate fitness, residential
fitness, indoor and outdoor boot camp fitness, small
group training, in-home Personal Training and one-
on- one Personal Training.
Armand works with individuals
of all ages and fitness levels including those looking
to lose weight, individuals suffering from low- back
pain, knee injuries, shoulder pain and neck injuries.
If you are an athlete who is looking to get a competitive
edge to become stronger, faster, and better at your
game and get in shape, then Armand is the trainer
Lastly, Armand encourages his clients to cultivate
a healthy lifestyle to keep in shape and maintain
optimal physical health.
Armand is certified by
the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds
certifications in TRX training, Kettle bell training,
Zumba, Medicine Ball Training, CPR, AED, Flexibility
Training and Neuromuscular Stretching Therapy.
Nancy has a BS in Recreation,
is AFAA certified in Aerobics and Fitness and has
taught Aerobics for 12+ years and Yoga for 2+ years.
She is a longtime yoga practitioner,
and participates in many outdoor activities such as
skiing, running, biking, swimming and coaching kids

world we live in."
Janice incorporates a variety
of yoga styles including Kripalu, Yin Yoga, and Viniyoga,
She encourages a heart centered
practice where we act with self-compassion, move with
grace and open to the peace within. Janice completed
her Yoga Alliance 200 hour certification in 2003.
Janice lives in Wilton with
her husband and 2 rescue dogs.
Power Vinyasa yoga classes are taught by Karen Cerato,
who brings with her an extensive background as a Reiki
Master Teacher, a Baptiste-trained yoga teacher and
a licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in
Utilizing these trainings and decades of hands-on
experience, Karen uniquely and intuitively guides
and adapts her yoga classes for students with all
levels of experience as well as provides a deep spirituality
and energetic component that is inherent in each class
