Nancy Brouillard
Nancy has a BS in Recreation, is AFAA certified in Aerobics and Fitness and has taught Aerobics for 12+ years and Yoga for 2+ years.

She is a longtime yoga practitioner, and participates in many outdoor activities such as skiing, running, biking, swimming and coaching kids soccer.

Judy Gross
Judy is a Professional Level (500-hour) Kripalu Yoga instructor and a long-time yoga practitioner. She believes yoga/meditation to be a way of better getting to know oneself and one's way in the world.

Her intention in working with students is to facilitate inner listening through stillness. Judy has taught yoga in a variety of studio, healthcare, educational, and corporate settings. She holds a Master's degree in Education and participated in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Professional Training at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

Judy teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and leads silent mindfulness retreats in the Milford/Peterborough NH area.

Ginny Jackson
Ginny practices and teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, and Somatic movement.

She has studied Somatics, a form of movement re-education, extensively, and is also certified to teach Pilates mat work.

Ginny is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor and the focus of her work is to assist students in getting to know their bodies.

Ginny also holds a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology.

Barbara Landry (Owner)
Barbara began her yoga journey more than ten years ago.

For the past several years, Barbara has taught gentle yoga as well as the more vigorous style of Ashtanga.

Barbara enjoys the parallel between yoga on the mat and how yoga shows up in life.

She is a Certified Reiki Master.

Michelle Luks (Owner)
Michelle has been a yoga instructor for over ten years.

She teaches her students awareness of breath, body and mind, believing each are essential to the practice of yoga and the journey of life.

Michelle is certified with the American Council of Exercise as a group exercise instructor. She is certified by the Yoga Alliance and completed her yoga certification training with YogaFit.

Michelle is currently working towards her advanced 500 hour yoga certification.

She is a Certified Reiki Master.
