12 week session - $162 for one class
per week, or $282 for unlimited classes.
Community Yoga 9:30 - 10:30am.
Community Yoga will
continue to run. This FREE class will be held the first Sunday
of every month from 9:30 am to 10:30 am and is open to the
public.

WORKSHOPS:
Amherst Yoga is offering a free
mini-retreat entitled Compassion and Self Care.
Participants will learn techniques for refreshing the
body and mind along with tips for bringing self-compassion
into daily life. Program includes mindful sitting, lovingkindness,
and movement practices along with deep relaxation. All are
welcomeno experience with meditation or yoga required.
Sunday,
March 21, 1-3pm
Enrollment includes two week free yoga
pass.

Tuition
"Auto-Pay" & credit
cards
We
offer an "Auto-Pay" method of payment where a student
can have the tuition for the session charged to their credit
card, or bank ATM card, on a monthly basis. We would like
to encourage students to consider this method of payment,
as it eliminates the need for you to write a check every three
months. Also, students who are on "Auto-Pay" are
automatically enrolled in their class, and will not have to
register at the start of each new session. If you are interested
in "Auto-Pay" please ask us for an application form.
If a student would prefer pay "by
the session" they have the option of paying by credit
card (Visa or MasterCard) or by their bank ATM card.
