the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge MA in 1998.
Her technique is a blend of deep tissue sculpting and
firm, gentle massage that reaches the heart of the muscles.

My approach is not to dwell
on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to
create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods.
